Full-Service Design Team
By definition a true “design-builder,” we have an entire design team on location, that work hand-in-hand with your designated project manager and the remainder of our experts daily. Our capabilities are industry-leading; ranging from extremely complex custom design, to breaking down the aesthetics and appearance of your project so that it accurately represents your vision.
You will always have direct communication with the team to ensure your dream becomes reality on time and on budget.
A great example of this process from beginning to end is our very own HQ, which is an almost 40,000 sf state-of-the-art facility that combines beauty and functionality.

Excavation And Dirtwork
Site preparation is obviously a critical first step in the foundation of your project. But all dirt in locations is not the same. A lot of Texas, for example, has highly expansive clay soils which must be removed. We remove those soils up to 8’ and replace the dirt 8” at a time, moisture conditioning each section. This means that the ground under your foundation can never expand beyond the level we condition it to, and never shrink in dry months beyond where it rests on your piers. This process restricts movement and preserves your investment for years to come.
Many companies farm key phases like this out to other contractors. The biggest issue here, among others, is that they are unable to have hands-on development of the site that they will ultimately be building on. All of the preparations and testing can be done in the world, but nothing takes the place of physically working the dirt that will be built on.

Steel Fabrication/Welding Shop
At our headquarters we also house a steel fabrication and welding shop that is capable of producing high-level, customized components of your project.
A prime example is our capability of manufacturing bar joists at our facility, typically in 1/3 the time it takes most construction companies to acquire them. Most GC’s must order this big-ticket item at the beginning of a project through a limited number of manufacturers, who operate on a first-come first-serve basis. In that situation you’re typically looking at 14 weeks or more for delivery, as well as being hit with a large capital outlay upfront. This is just one of many scenarios where having a steel fab/welding shop on site is a huge advantage.
